Well presented food, exceptional service and particularly good view over the sea. Stunning location right by the sea, good for visiting Mundesley.

Staff generally pleasant and helpful but possibly overwhelmed at times (see below)
Arrangements for evening meals in restaurant were a bit vague and although the one person responsible for taking orders and generally shepherding guests from bar to restaurant worked hard it appeared at times as though some additional help would have made the whole operation much more comfortable for both guests and staff. There seemed to be too many staff looking after bar meal customers at the expense of restaurant users

The breakfasts were warm and gorgeous with the friendly chef. the staff were attentive and did not rush us. - the setting was marvelous, next to Cromer and the beach being on the doorstep. - We didn't want to leave and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Twin room had very narrow beds - not usual single width. Extremely uncomfortable.

I stayed at the manor for three nights . It was my second short stay at the Manor, and once again I found that my room was clean and very well serviced. I particularly liked the modern well presented interiors which had been sensitively integrated into the original Victorian building. I would definitely book the Manor Hotel again when I travel to this part of the coast.
I thought it would have been good to have an information sheet or booklet with varIous hotel details placed within each room, containing things like breakfast times, etc. If there was such a sheet in my room I didn't see it. Also a better, bigger and clearer fire escape route layout, with assembly instructions on the door would have been informative. Finally a vegetarian option on the breakfast menu would have been good to see. Eg. Vege' sausages, etc

Good food, although there was a long wait for it especially at breakfast!!
The music playing in the restraunt in the evening was too loud and unsuitable for the diners who were all over 60 and it was a pop radio station

Friendly staff, quiet location, clean and well decorated. Lift is very convenient when you are on the second floor. Residents lounge furnished with quality items. Restaurant and bar food very tasty and open to no residents. Not the cheapest accommodation but well worth the money.
Only niggle was the lack of information in the room, but all staff were able to give good information for hotel and area.
